Help building a college laptop

I'm going to college in a few weeks and I need help building myself a laptop. I don't want to bring my desktop to college with me since I'll have enough limited space already xP

 

so, here is what i need:

 

- small size/weight ( i'm thinking maybe 16" or so)

- at least a 300 gb hdd

- a good enough graphics card to play valve games (hl2, hl2 ep1/2, portal, tf2, l4d, etc) at max resolution with a constant 30 or 60 fps.

- a not so loud fan T_T; i hate hearing my fan over my computer noises

- i'd like to have it before the 20th

 

i'm a console gamer so i don't know much about building pc's and what's good and not.
