I hate having to bring this up in every single MGS:R topic, but Kojima himself said that this would be a stealth game. I have no idea where anybody is getting hack n' slash from.

I wouldn't be suprised if there is a lot more action this time around, but it's still going to be a stealth game, as Kojima has said himself.

 

People are jumping to conclusions on that subject because the tagline was changed from Tactical Espionage Action -> Lightening Bolt Action signifying a depature from the series
