Both Metacritic and IGN originally gave KH1 much higher review score than KH2. The same thing GTA SA is the highest rated 6th gen GTA (and highest rated PS2 game at IGN with a review score of 9.9). And it probably came down to a choice between Suikoden III, GrimGrimoire, and Odin Sphere for 25th place and they decided to give GrimGrimoire its day in the spotlight. Also most people say you need to play Persona 3 before 4 to really appreciate Persona 4.

Not true. I never played Persona 3 but I love P4.
Also, KH1 was there but not KH2 because IGN gave the former a higher score. I never understood why they felt the sequel was inferior. The game may be easier but the camera is better and there is less frustration.

Well that's the point. You played Persona 4 before you played Persona 3. I saw a thread on here awhile back where someone was asking whether they should play P3 or P4 first and most people said they should play P3 first to appreciate the improvements made in P4. So, if you should play P3 first that might be why it made the list.
