OK I haven't finished Uncharted so I don't know what's at the end. The warning statement only says violence, so I'm assuming the end isn't a steamy sex scene between Drake and Elena; but don't say anything either way.
Just so people are clear: Uncharted is only one rating removed from games that have gratuitous violence, F-words liberally thrown around, nudity and loads of drugs; i.e. GTA IV. Whereas inFamous is only 1 rating removed from Guitar Hero 5.
It may be the fact of Uncharted using real guns. It seems the ratings board is a lot less worried about "fantasy" violence as opposed to "real world" violence.
@ Kantor: G & PG/PGR would be the same as in Aussie. M= recommended for 13+ but not sufficient so much that is needs to be restricted.
I always think there is no rhyme nor reason between games with the M rating and R13 rating. Sometimes it seems Ms should be R13s and R13s could be Ms. Game and movie distributors will fight hard to get a game down from R13 to M because it can mean quite a difference in sales. I bet inFamous went through some intense negotiations to get the M rating.
