I agree with the top 5 games, but the sales are pretty high for modern warfare 2 and assassins 2.

Maybe you didn't notice, but World at War sold over 4 million and Assassin's Creed managed to get ~3 million in the same time frame.

Agreed. The first Modern Warfare sold over 4 million worldwide on the 360 in that time frame. Seeing that this is a sequel and with the hype it's getting, it should do better.
