^Well actually the Earth will be incinerated when the Sun expands to a red giant, and that will happen well before it implodes. However by that time teh C3ll will have created wormhole devices to transport us all to an Earth-like planet elsewhere in the galaxy with a much younger star, so we can continue to enjoy all the benefits Teh C3ll can bring to humanity.
