Had to send in once because a disk got stuck in it, my fault bought a used game which had stickers on it when I removed the stickers I didn't clean off the sticky residue.
Also got YLOD a few months ago, my fault again though opened it up to clean it in doing so I must have accidently flexed the mother board. I fixed it myself, easy fix really.
