-During the course of the game. We see that sorceresses are prone to becoming evil and wreaking destruction.

-Rinoa and Ultimecia have a very similar apperance. During the extensive FMV at the games end, there are some extremely short bursts of pre-rendered models of Ultimecia. This is the only time we see these FMV shots of her in game. They follow directly after shots of Rinoa. The resemblance between the two faces is uncanny.
*Why would the games creators put in an FMV that is hardly noticeable unless it had some purpose? These images are very hard to catch unless the framerate is slowed.

-Ultimecia has Rinoa's angel wings, only black. In a few of the games FMV's, we can see Rinoa's wings changing from white to black. This is even more noticeable when the framerate is slowed down substantially

-Ultimecia has Greiver, which she couldn't have without a connection to Squall. During the game, the GF doomtrain is obtained from solomons ring. Squall gave Rinoa his ring early in the game, which was never returned to him

-Ultimecia's castle is located at the very same place where Squall and Rinoa promised each other that they would 'meet'. Ultimecia ends up meeting the team there at the games end.

-During one of the games sequences, Rinoa tells Squall that if she were to ever turn on them, then she wants him to kill her. He inevitably does kill sorceress Ultimecia

-Ultimecia's guardians have a few of your GFs wich you can draw if you missed then earlier in the game. As the last surviving team member, Rinoa had all the team's GFs.

-One of the team's GFs is also a guardian in Ultimecia's castle (Bahamut/Tiamat).

One might ask why Rinoa would want to kill squall and the team at games end. This is simply answered by the fact that her memory was consumed by the GFs that she was attached to. We know that the GFs cause substantial memory loss over a span of time.

Also, one can hardly ignore Ultimecias lengthy speach at the end of the last battle, where she talks about holding on to something so dear, and growing bitter at its loss.
"No matter how hard you hold on, it escapes you"
