This has got to be the worst theory ever. Or worst description of one. I'd thought that
Ultimecia= Rinoa after her powers caused her to see the world in a different light or something like that. And decided to try and use her powers to try and correct the world into a better place maybe so she and Squall to have a family or something. And as predicted SEED and the world fought back and probably killed or gravely injured Squall. Using her powers of Time Compression and whatnot Rinoa aged/fused or whatever Squall into a GF so they could be together forever into the perfect world.
There I pulled that outta my ass and it sounds more plausible then watching Wings change colour in motion. Talk about looking into something to deeply.
