Initially, Sony sold Blu-Ray and the PS3 (to developers) under the promise that they would sell 10 Million PS3 systems by 2007 ... Eventually, the release date of the system got pushed back but Sony was still confident that they would sell 6 Million systems by 2007 ... E3 2006 showed up and Sony now promised 4 Million systems in 2006 and 6 Million by March 31st 2007 ... A couple months later Sony was set on having 2 Million PS3 systems sold in 2006 with 6 Million by March 31st 2007 ...
