ummm...Conduit is the least good-looking one of the 3. Yes it has more glows but man those environments look really bad. Textures look tiled and generic. The lighting isnt anywhere near as good as the other 2. And like everyone has already said....
the Art Direction just isnt there in Conduit.
I own a Wii and love it to death. But I am not a Conduit fanboy that will say anything to defend a mediocre looking game.
