He's the only totally honest CEO I've seen besides Iwata. He admits in that article that his stratefy is to reject games, even profitable ones, unless they can be turned into $100m+ yearly franchises. He's wrong, yes, but if all CEOs behaved like him we could see which companies to avoid before they stop caring about customers (e.g Apple, music companies, Comcast)
