I would have had some degree of understanding for this ruling if the men had had sex with her as per their agreement, and only later refused to pay up. Then it would've been a fairly accurate description of what happened really.
However including threatening at gunpoint means this should definitely be treated as rape, and the judge is letting her ideology get in the way of doing her job. Very unprofessional of her. -_-
