You know up until last week i woulda been with the OP on this one but.....I've had four 360's sent in for repairs and yes that is ridiculous but you know what, it cost me ZERO $$$ to get repairs. Now my blu-ray drive dies on my ps3 and sony wants $150 to repair with no guarantee of getting back my same console that has BC with ps2. I ended up gettin a replacement drive off ebay for $120 and will fix myself.
So while thier hardware might be unreliable they have taken actions to take care of the customers.
