If your refeeing too the 3/10 found towards the end of the Other M trailer, i think its sure speculation. All it was is the missile ammo element left behind on the HUD.

It probably is meaningless, but it makes you wonder why they put that specific HUD in. I mean, if you watch the trailer, there isn't a HUD at all until they say 2010, then they draw in that specific HUD, which could have had any numbers.

 

Also, the issue of 2D gameplay still seems to just be coming from observation of the trailer. The note that wikipedia cited for that specific instance is just based on casual observation of the trailer, which just has one snippet where Samus jumps in a way that implies 2D, but it was still never stated.
