hmmm, I have a 7800gt and I recently upgraded the mobo, ram, and CPU an intel setup (e2160 @ 3.0ghz too), but the motherboard supports crossfire. I'd probably stick with my card till something major happens. I'm hoping that if the 9xxx series from Nvidia is really a lot more powerful than the 8xxx's, then I could take advantage of price drops, or just save up and get a powerful card.
