Well i dunno about the white colour of the label, but if you look at the bottom right of the black one, the model number is CECHG01, indicating the white label [CECHH01] is at least a progression from the black version. Very probably the US version of white [Japan is 00, USA is 01 but otherwise the same.
Does the Japanese white come with dual-shock 3 controllers too?, if so then this white one probably has them.
