The Jasper revision, like any other piece of electronic equipment, is still subject to failure. If you poll enough people, you'll find some who have had to ship theirs back.
But what's important is that the revision greatly reduced that percentage of failures over the Falcon, which itself was a big improvement over the Zephyr.
If you still have a working Xenon, I'd either assume it's rarely used (or no longer being used), or you have a rare sample that actually performed as intended, but not as designed, being fundamentally flawed (wrong solder, insufficient cooling system).
