My Elite was made in summer 2007, it was bought on the launch day for the Elite model. Lasted 2 years which is better then friends consoles and better then what I've heard from other peoples who lasted mere months. But my uncle bought an elite last Christmas and it has already RROD that doesn't really make people confident in hardware!
