I think some of you misunderstand the "wrong" I meant. I mean Activision could have had multi-million sales on all the home consoles instead of just 4. Now before they give the Wii the sequel, they need to establish the first to the audience.

And it is going to sell well. WaW showed these games will sell well. Just look at these stats (http://kotaku.com/5331417/the-ten-most-avidly+played-wii-games-in-america-as-of-august-1). And of course the million sales, without the benefit of 4 breaking the series into higher sales on the Wii.

If 4 is supposed to be so much better than that, it's doing better than WaW is.

And don't give me that crap about MW2 cannibalizing the game's sales. WaW didn't cannibalize any of its versions sales.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
