What games do you want for your 360 before the end of the year?

Mass Effect is a definate.

My maybes are the Simpsons Game, AC6, Orange Box, CoD4, and Assassin's Creed. I may also pick up PGR4 and a couple of others I cant remember. In the end it all comes down to time and financial constraints.
