Looks like they are releasing a remake of Serious Sam. Has anyone played it back in 2001?

O nome dele é Sam "Serious" Stone, famoso pelas armas gigantescas, inimigos estranhos e piadas a todo minuto.

"Serious Sam HD: the first encounter" será lançado para PC e Xbox 360 ainda em 2009. O jogo é um "remake" da versão de 2001 (PC, XBox) e terá gráficos atualizados para as tecnologias da nova geração, incluindo suporte para exibição em alta definição.

Texturas do ambiente, sombras e efeitos visuais também foram atualizados para dar um visual moderno ao jogo de 2001.

A história, os inimigos e os cenários foram mantidos, e a produtora croata Croteam promete uma reconstrução fiel dos tiroteios exagerados e bem humorados.

O jogo leva Sam por cenários históricos de diferentes culturas, enfrentando alienígenas comandados pelo vilão Lord Mental."
