Mouse and keyboard is the best.
Dual analog and Wii are probably tied. The thing I hate about the Wiimote is that you have to point to the outer edge of the screen in order to turn. When the action is concentrated on the center of the screen, and stays concentrated on the center of the screen, the Wiimote is awesome. When the action takes place all around, the Wiimote stumbles, and I prefer dual analog.
