Well, I think they're just made to way too different publics, MW2 is a console based franchise that have okay sales on PC while SCII is a PC-oriented franchise that uses to be monster legs. I think they would just delay SCII to make sure holiday 2010 will be as good as holiday 2009 with another blockbuster.
