I'm both saddened & happy that JR is retiring. He was an effective role player when he was with the Sharks & a great mentor for the younger guys, as well as a great sense of humor (if you don't believe me, watch this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_RlCrhGQ2U ). I'm pretty sure he did lead the league in game-winning-goals for a long time during the 2007-2008 season. I sure hope he goes into broadcasting or some sort of management position with the Sharks
