It's hard to really trust a video like that because in the video the people look like they're having fun with the exercise portions but when I read a hands on of it the person stated the fitness parts of it were boring and seemed to be more of a chore than fun (they did say though that the game parts of it were fun).

 I was watching the video of the people skiing and the ski jump.
