I LOL'd at her GPA quite a bit....oh man..that is...wow. I'm with Twesterm you leave that off your resume if that is your GPA. I'd be embarrassed to show anything less than a 3.8 in-major and a 3.5 overall.
Just based on her attitude I can tell you that I wouldn't hire this person...Aside from the completely piss-poor approach to solving her problem (ie BLAME OTHERS!) you have to wonder if she is going to sue you over something pointless and stupid as well.
Reminds me of a case my dad was dealing with recently where a woman who worked for him he had to fire because ..well she was a bad employee (3.5x more complaints than anyone else from customers sustained over 3 months). She filed a suit against him claiming age discrimination because she was "old" (in her early 30s)..one problem both my dad and other employees still working (in her position no less) are much much older than her. Needless to say it didn't get very far.
Some people are just petty...and some people are looking for that quick and easy way out of doing work in their life. These two traits seem to come together in pairs and when they do you get people like this. Normally I don't like to judge someone based on one thing they do (we all have pissy moods and bad days) but you don't get to this point without having thought it through.
Also from what I hear she is representing herself - which as they say means she has a fool for a client.
