I'm with Manus. If the court rules that your lawsuit is retarded on several grounds, you have to pay the defendant. Not reimburst just the costs of the lawsuit, but actually pay compensation and a fine for waisting everyone's time and not thinking things through.
Ever since the McDonalds hot coffee cup, the US is basically a laughing stock when it comes to law and Europe is slowly sliding down there as well.
