Similarities between last Gen and this Gen..

I agree with what psrock said...no console this gen is like the PS2.

Both 360 and PS3 have lots of love from 3rd parties when it comes to most of their 'big important' games, just like the PS2 did....but the HD twins don´t have the sales and popularity the PS2 enjoyed.

The Wii has the sales and the popularity going for it, but unlike the PS2, it´s not getting as much 'quality love' from 3rd parties as the 6th gen king did.

So, how can people say the Wii (or the 360, like some people are saying) is "the new PS2"?...it´s not, it´s missing "the other half".
