Actually in halo when your not scoped in the reticule is still there.

So basically it takes no talent at all.

I would destroy you in Counter Strike or anything with a sniper rifle without a reticule out of zoom. I dont need to cheat, with tape, to no scope.

Its actually way harder then you think.
