When I first played heavenly sword on an HDTV my jaw dropped to the flaw for like half and hour. Although I was also amazed by Warhawk; it's just a download game, but it has incredible graphics. When I played Ratchet, it was fun to play, and the cut-scene was just so sharp, vivid and colourfull (is it in-engine or pre-rendered?) then it starts with the camera just behind Ratchets' shoulder, showing off the whole of Metropolis, with all the chaos in the background, the smoke and all the cars flying around. Then the enemies have such good animation, especially when under the control of the groovitron. Everything is brilliant, even the penguins look great!! and most importantly it's fun to play.
