Pay for PSN or watch ads in your loading screen?

To the OP, I favor free stuff.  I don't mind a little ads.  Needless to say, I don't have Xbox Live and usually get games for PS3 if they are on both PS3 and Xbox 360.

This isn't technically true. If you have a TV, and it isn't tuned into any broadcast, and it isn't connected to an aerial, you can say that you don't use your TV for watching TV, and that you only use it for non-broadcast.

Interestingly, you can have your computer hooked up to it, and a TV license isn't required to watch BBC iPlayer content.
