Sounds pretty reasonable to me. For a high end system the key is to be able to achieve 60fps for all your games at least initially (IMO). Since you're going to be waiting, I would suggest looking at the monitor now as thats the one part not really subject to change. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236049 I noticed this monitor on Newegg for example, its had excellent feedback there though you might want to check it up on more professional reviews. I like that Asus display. I have been looking into 16:9 ratio 24" displays. Even for a TN display, the price is right, and that's without any sale or rebates. I may pick one up down the line although I may be needing an IPS display instead depending on how things pan out this fall.
