Sony realise that if they f**k up this holiday season, it's game over, they're solid 3rd place. They are going to act though, and you'l see that in a few weeks (Gamescon).
I'm glad to say that they it's not just SCE that's gona step it up this fall, the Electronics unit is also set to slash prices on Bravias and Blu-Ray players, so expect some solid Sony sales this Christmas.
