I thought the whole point of having an HD console was the 'wow factor' of gaming on a 40"+ HDTV in your living room with a bunch of mates. If you're just going to plug it into a £150 24" monitor and sit 3 feet away, do you not think that kind of defeats the object?

Well, my mouse is few years old and that is what I paid back then. :)

 

What is the point to say that vast majority of pc gamers are using a desktop? It is pretty obvious that you don't know that. Or you don't count those flash games and so on. Anyway, the point was that there is a lot of people who don't own a desktop. Very few of my friends owns a desktop computer.

Yes, cherrypicking. You originally said that the games on pc are 20-25$ cheaper which isn't always the case. Now when you see you were wrong, you just start talking about the release prices.

You wanted to include HDTV to console costs, I just asked why it should not be counted for pc costs too.

I thought that the point of having gaming rig was to brag about how big your e-penis is so you need the best parts/peripherals. What is the point of pc-gaming if you do it with a 10$ mouse and a graphics card which does not even beat your neighbours one?
