But for the new F1 game by Codemasters having a 900 degree wheel eill FULLY take away the realism. F1 cars have a 240 degree turn. So the wheel is perfect for that.

If I want an F1 game then I'll buy an F1 steering wheel. Clearly F1 controls were not what MS had in mind when they designed their wheel.
Besides, F1 represents a tiny fraction of the overal Forza experience. If you're playing it to race F1, you're probably playing the wrong racing game.
As it stands, over 95% of the cars are GT or road cars with standard steering angles.
