That's a good question .. last years Games Convention and TGS didn't have real shocker announcements (or atleast I don't remember them ..) and the new games that were presented mostly were in the B to C string
I wonder if the newly formed GamesCom (maybe people will realize/remember it ends with an "m" after the show is over) will get any better material than the Leipzig GC.
TGS might finally wake up again after some pretty slow years.
Personally I'm usually more interested in japanese games, so I do have higher hopes for the TGS, but maybe the GamesCom can surprise me especially with that 3h Sony press conference scheduled.
