The friend codes bug the crap out of me. I've only traded mine with two people, and I won't be able to play either of them online until Brawl comes out (unless I get SMS).
For me, the Wii isn't for online stuff. It's all about offline multiplayer (SSB, Kart) and awesome singleplayer (Zelda, Mario), although I'll definately be playing Brawl and probably Mario Kart Wii online.
