Some improvements I want are:
-On horde I want to be able to fight seeders/brumacks/berserkers on some maps
-Bring back the berserkers into single player like in the first gears
-A long final boss that lacked in gears 2
-more destructable envirnments
-Make campain a little longer (not much)
-And I'll say it for all of you, GET RID OF THE LAG!!!
-It doesnt lag that much anymore but when it first came out it was terrible
-and of course i want bullet effects and water phisics to be better!
