I was talking about the wider public. My own abilities to build, tweak and overclock computers is not for example a skill which many people here possess or that many people in the general public possess. Therefore I assume that people don't have the time/willingness to do so. Its like the question of how many people used lens cleaner or dialed their PS2s laser in 4-5 times over the course of a generation vs the number of people who bought a 2nd or 3rd console?
