He is just telling the truth at that point in time. He never said the final PS3 version will run worse than the X360. Maybe he is a naive guy who don't care if every little statement is twisted and used in internet flame wars. I think that's a good thing, because he is displaying info that some serious people want to know about graphics and hardware performance. Why are you saying Fallout 3 on PS3 was craptastic? I don't believe you. Small differences like screen tearing and pop-ups don't matter.

when fallout 3 launched, you couldn't even play it while connected to PSN. The game froze when any of your friends came online. For someone with 100 PSN friends like me, the game was downright unplayable while connected. That is a GRAVE ERROR that should never have passed through QC and shows complete neglect of one version of the game.
You're probably right. Perhaps naive is the right word to describe him. All he has done is provide ammo for zenfoldor, Kowenicki and co. at the expense of making money for himself. People who need such info can always find it elsewhere and there are some things you're better off not telling people even if they request such info. Techies can always get their info.
What happens after this is that perhaps lots of 360 fanboys will be pleased that they get the superior/normal experience if they got Rage and perhaps gloat about it and lots of ps3 fanboys would be pissed especially those who were interested in the game and they may not buy it. I don't consider myself a fanboy but I believe that as gamers, our wallets are the only 'real' voice we have in this industry, Therefore, we have to vote for/against stuff by using our wallets accordingly. Thus, I won't blame those who've moved rage to their skip list.
