i don't see the PS3 passing the 60 million mark, I do think you have valid points, especially if the price drops to $300 and the exclusives you named (plus others that will eventually come)

but realistically how many people purchase multiple consoles. yes i know there are some that do as I'm sure many on this site can attest to, but I think the market is going to be so saturated within two years that the PS3 will not surpass 60 mil

if the price drop comes before this holiday season then I think the PS3 may be able to pass the 360 at the end, but if it doesn't I don't think it will be possible (unless sony stays with the PS3 and actually does not release another console for another 7 years)
