How many Sales will the Halo Franchise End up with by the End of this Gen?

Perhaps this new team is making Halo 4 (isn't that already a fact?) if so how long have they been working on it? it could be available for 2011 (a new xbox probably won't be out by then) and have Bungie go for Halo 5 for the new Xbox.
