I'm surprised by the people who don't tip. lol Most of that money in the tips most likely goes to the company they are working for. That's how it is at my work. They only get to keep a small percentage of their tips. I'm sure most do it like that but people don't realize it.

anyway, I've only tipped once in my life. and that was because that was my first time ever paying....for a haircut, a couple of months ago. lol I gave her 50% I think.

I only do it because it's considered rude. The only real people I feel comfortable tipping are well deservered servers and my barber. 

Fun fact, Japan has a no tip policy! I enjoyed it very much!
