What is the cost to produce a Blu Ray movie as opposed to a DVD?

Most new technologies feel the need to pay off early consumers by screwing them as much as possible. DVD did the same thing.

Yeah, the problem is that Blu Ray is not seen as the leap over DVD, that DVD was over VHS.
