Because, unfortunately, most people will pick up a "free" copy if you know what i mean.

I like to buy my PC games day 1 for full price. Wish more people would do it too.

But then it would impact on 360 sales and as these 360/PC exclusives tend to outsell most PS3 only exclusives it still doesn't answer that.
