Blacks have long been a minority in the U.S., and they have long been heavily discriminated against. Whites have not. It's a bad double standard, sure, but it's completely understandable. I've had teachers insult whites for the treatment of Native Americans too, but I never really cared. Why? The whole point of white people is that we don't get offended over every little racial insult. You can watch comedy acts about this amazing phenomenon.
