Also words such as nigger/negro have a history. It suggests that you think black people are slaves to white people and are less human than white people. If a black guy called me a snowman I wouldn't be offended.

Quality policeman like Crowley are usually never forgotten whereas the crackpots in our Universities have tenure and cannot be replaced.  In any quality school folks like Churchill, Ayers, and Gates would be terminated and the former two sent to Gitmo ;)
