well, as I said super mario bros 3 is the best. if I had started playing at the beggining of the game, I could have ensured mario 64's victory. dang!
In terms of the series, though, N64 super mario 64 is more important. also, it laid the groundwork for 3D gaming, yet no game other than the origianl banjoo kazoie has been able to sucessfully imitate SM64...
