But this IS news.
There are plenty of NZ 360 users at this site, and I'm sure I can say with some degree of certainty that not all of them knew of this, and have 18+ acounts.
This is helping them by informing people that if you live in NZ, have a 360, use Live and are under 18, hold off on buying MS points.
As for the "buy a PS3 instead" portion...well obviously the guy is pretty pissed off at the moment so i'm sure some form of retraction/apology will be published soon.
